Parameter für ein Template k?nnen mit dem xsl:with-param-Element übergeben werden. Wenn das Template ein xsl:param-Element mit dem selben Namen wie das Namen-Attribut des xsl:with-param, wird dieser Wert verwendet. XSLT Stylesheet 1 zeigt ein typisches Beispiel. Soll eine Variable übergeben werden, so ist diese mit dem xsl:param-Element zu definieren. Das Beispiel XSLT Stylesheet 2 zeigt einen falschen Ansatz.
